What is the NOFRILLS Franchise Academy?

Our national program provides comprehensive training and mentorship to develop future NOFRILLS Franchise Owners. Through a combination of hands-on experience and classroom learning, you'll gain the skills and knowledge needed to successfully run your own store.

 

What will you gain from our training program?

In-depth operational expertise: Sharpen your skills across all departments by working in our top-performing stores.Expert mentorship: Learn the ropes from successful NOFRILLS Franchise Owners who will guide you every step of the way.Strategic insight: Contribute to banner initiatives and projects, gaining valuable experience in strategic decision-making.Franchise opportunity: Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be eligible to apply for a NOFRILLS franchise opportunity. Over 125 Academy graduates have already achieved their dream of store ownership!

Passionate about their community: You're dedicated to serving your community and providing exceptional customer service.Entrepreneurial mindset: You possess a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and the ambition to own and operate a successful business.A Leader at heart: You have a minimum of 3 years of proven managerial experience and 5 years in the grocery retail industry.Flexible and mobile: You're willing to travel nationally for the program duration and relocate for franchise opportunities.
