The Non-Certified Chaplain provides professional and competent spiritual care ministry, and is responsible for serving the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of care recipients and caregivers- in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree.Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: CPE- 2 Units—Accredited or approved by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), by programs that were accredited by the former United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Commission on Certification and Accreditation (USCCB/CCA), or the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC/ACSS). Equivalency for one unit of CPE (two units in CASC) may be considered. Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry, or the equivalent applicable education from an accredited institution. 1 year Pastoral experience.Why Join Providence?
