ATI is currently seeking a Non-Destructive Testing Technician (NDT) to join our facility in Cudahy, WI. The NDT Technician position reports to the Non-Destructive Testing Quality Leader and is an integral part of a dedicated team whotake great pride in helping ATI achieve production and quality results. As a Non-Destructive Testing Technician (NDT), you will be responsible for conducting and interpreting non-destructive tests on materials, components, and structures to ensure their quality and integrity, following industry standards and company procedures. This role requires a thorough understanding of MT and PT methods, safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or within a team. A successful Non-Destructive Testing Technician (NDT) isattentive and detail oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment and is motivated to quickly learn about ATIs products, processes, and quality standards. This is a third shift position from 11pm-7am, Monday through Friday.Training will be conducted on first shift. Responsibilities + Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment. + Perform testing on various materials and components to detect surface and near-surface discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection. + Analyze and interpret test results, establishing techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. + Compile detailed and accurate test reports, documenting the results of inspections. + Work closely with quality team, and other NDT technicians to address any issues or defects found during inspections. + Adhere to all safety regulations, ensuring that all testing is conducted in a safe and compliant manner. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NDT processes and procedures within the organization.
