Non-Fuels Coordinator

Primary Purpose: Plan and Coordinate outbound loads to internal and external disposal facilities.\n

Essential Functions and Requirements:\n\nEnsures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times. \nMaintains DOT compliance on outbound drum loads.\nMaintain warehouse compliance in broker area container area.\nCoordinate the most efficient way to load containers based on weight and hazard class.\nRecord information about outbound loads such as weights, quantity of drums, ship date, etc.\nRequires proficient forklift driving skills to load containers.\nUtilize knowledge of waste facilities that accept broker loads as well as the parameters to avoid off-spec charges.\nRequires regular and punctual attendance.\n\n

Education: \n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Prefer 4-year degree.\n24 or 40-hours HAZWOPER Training completion required.\nDOT training required.\n\n

Experience: 1 - 2 years' experience in the hazardous waste management and\/or environmental management industry required.\n

Knowledge and Abilities: \n\nProficient Forklift and Yard Dog experience required.\nMust be able to understand and carryout written and oral instructions.\n\n
