Non-Profit Staffing Manager - NRG Stadium
**Job Description** Aramark is currently seeking a Non-Profit Staffing (NPO) Manager to support NRG Stadum, home of the Houston Texans! The Non-Profit Staffing Manager is responsible for managing relations with non-profit organizations that provide volunteer services at the stadium. This position will work closely with these organizations to ensure that they have the appropriate number of volunteers to meet their needs, and will be responsible for recruiting, training, and scheduling these volunteers. **Job Responsibilities** + Work with non-profit organizations to understand their staffing needs and develop a plan for meeting those needs + Recruit and conduct orientation for volunteers, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed + Develop and deliver training programs for volunteers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties + Create and manage schedules for volunteers, ensuring that each organization has the appropriate number of volunteers at all times + Communicate regularly with non-profit organizations and volunteers to ensure that everyone is informed of upcoming events and changes to schedules + Manage performance and provide feedback to volunteers to ensure that they are meeting expectations + Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner + Work closely with other departments to ensure that staffing needs are met for all events At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree preferred _or_ at least 2 years of equivalent experience + Experience working in volunteer management, staffing, or with non-profit organizations preferred + Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills + Organized, with the ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment + Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software + Must have availability to work a flexible event schedule including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hours **Education** **About Aramark** **Our Mission** Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
