Kforce's client, a Detroit MI-based automotive manufacturer who brings engineering, technology, and design together to create innovative vehicles, energy solutions, and in-vehicle services, is seeking a Non-Technical Data Analyst. Responsibilities: * Perform daily updates to the Labor Information System * Work with the Dealer Business Center (DBC) to resolve warranty claim rejects * Maintain Tables/Data in SAP * Work with SAP to resolve dealer claim rejections * Create and Analyze Reject Report to Identify areas that need updates * Help manage the implementation of all change requests and enhancements to the Global Warranty Management System (GWM) * Work with the Labor Time Activity Group to resolve labor time guide (LTG) issues * Raise/track/escalate IT tickets to correct identified issues, or implement enhancements * Identify process improvement and waste reduction areas * Performs other related duties and assignments as required
