The Non-Traded Market Risk (NTMR) Transformation team within the Treasury organization works closely with stakeholders to drive day to day progress on the NTMR Transformation book of work to ensure on-time delivery through well governed execution that addresses the root cause of challenges and advancement towards the NTMR Target State. The team collaborates with stakeholders across NTMR, Treasury Transformation, other Finance teams and 2nd and 3rd Line review teams in order to achieve our objectives . Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team or project. **Responsibilities:** + Support execution efforts in the NTMR Transformation book of work to on-time completion + Engage with various stakeholders across Treasury Transformation and NTMR to ensure project objectives are met and all required governance and oversight requirements are met + Proactively manage potential challenges to avoid developing into risks or issues + Contribute to status reports for Senior Management and Regulatory reviews + Engage with Finance COO and other internal stakeholders with regards to NTMR Transformation efforts + Engage with IA on NTMR related audits and transformation efforts + Utilize standard reporting processes **Qualifications:** + Consulting or Project/Program Management experience in the financial services industry is required, including 3- 5 years of Project/Program Management + Stong written and oral communication skills required, able to synthesize key messages and "storytell". + Strong influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills + In-depth analysis with interpretive thinking will be required + Individual should be flexible, team-oriented, have good follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and dissect/solve complex problems + The candidate must be able to work with teams as well as independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
