Kforce's client, a highly successful CPA firm located just north of Boston, MA is searching for a Nonprofit Tax Manager. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote. Summertime offers additional flexibility. The Nonprofit Tax Manager will be responsible for: * Delivery a full range of tax services in compliance with tax exempt laws and regulations * Provide innovative tax planning, research, and review of complex non-profit tax issues * Manage all aspects of client's tax implications, requirements, and overall relationship * Provide a high standard of client service * Lead junior staff to achieve deadlines and maintain project utilization * Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff as needed
