What You'll Do

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Nordic Business Analyst to join our Nordic Finance Analytics team in Stockholm. This role focuses on business reporting, planning, and analysis to support senior management and drive effective decision-making across the organization.

You will be responsible for analyzing complex data, producing actionable recommendations, and creating visualizations that inform strategic decisions. Collaborating with various departments such as Finance, HR, People, and Recruiting, you will play a critical role in leveraging advanced tools, including Generative AI, to enhance operational efficiency and deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Nordic Analytics team in delivering insights across finance and business topics, including reporting, people and revenue planning, and client analysis.Support the Nordic management team by preparing standard and ad hoc analytics, reporting, and presentations.Utilize Generative AI, data automation tools, and advanced analytics to improve reporting processes and support data-driven decisions.Work closely with cross-functional teams on projects that impact critical business initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business analytics, or a similar role within a global or cross-functional organization.Technical Proficiency: Skilled in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, GenAI tools. Proficiency in SQL is an added bonus.Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage

Who You'll Work With

You will work primarily with the Nordic Finance Analytics Team with primary focus on reporting, analysis and business development / internal strategic topics, for the four Nordic countries; Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. The role is based in Stockholm. 

You'll be working within a closely knit Nordic Finance Analytics team and interact frequently with local stakeholders in the Nordics. The Finance team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. The goal is that you should constantly grow in your role and your manager, and the team will provide developmental guidance and support to ensure your success at BCG.
