Nordic Cell Therapy Account Lead

The CAR-T Cell Therapy Account Lead (CTAL), drives The Nordic treatment site solution strategy, within the local Operating Company business objectives/strategies and work in the Nordic Business Unit Cell Therapy, reporting to the Nordic Business Unit Lead.

Working within cross-functional teams, the CTAL supports the solution strategy development and tactical implementation tools and materials to drive efficient operational launch and best solution positioning/outcomes. In addition, the CTAL is responsible for post monitoring and supporting the performance of treatments sites. In this role, CTAL collects information and develops relations with key partners at treatments sites in order to find opportunities and risks within current plans and to ensure the solution meets unmet customer needs.

Specifically for CAR-T is to develop overall JJ cell therapy sites strategic plan, working in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The office is located in Solna, Stockholm. The role will require periods of 50% travel within the Nordic region with overnight stays.

Objectives of the PositionSupport site selection and sizing while developing the business case for prospective sites.Activate sites and establish relationships with key partners and decision-makers.Facilitate the transition of clinical sites into certified sites.Lead tactical implementation of strategic plans for site operations and support solutions strategies.Operate as a single point of contact to provide an outstanding experience during site setup and certification.Drive site resourcing discussions, orchestrating capacity mapping and demand forecasting.Co-create and craft innovative resourcing solutions with site partners.Collaborate with legal and contracting professionals to ensure seamless contracting processes.Coordinate activities of JJ partners, including the Site Certification Team and OpCo/cluster teams.Work with supply chain, quality, and medical teams to establish CAR-T site protocols and processes.Ensure cell therapy operations are implemented into hospital guidelines.Develop and deliver tailored site certification training strategies.Facilitate contracting and economic processes during implementation.Drive product inclusion in hospital formularies and manage contract negotiations.Supervise contract execution in collaboration with Nordic Business Unit Leaders (BUL).Assess site performance through regular reviews with key JJ and hospital partners.Coordinate overall site operations using agreed metrics and report findings to the CVT.Prepare and implement solution activities as defined in the brand plan, adhering to budget constraints.Support change management by understanding local cultures, economies, and pressures impacting the business.Establish relationships with key internal and co-creation partners/functions while focusing on external insights for healthcare system innovation.Take on other business-critical projects, as appropriate, to contribute to diverse initiatives within the organization.

What you will need to succeedProven customer-facing experience with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.Passion for technology, specifically in healthcare, along with knowledge of health system operations and commercial functions.Ability to complete and implement complex programs in a fast-paced environment, while motivating teams around new initiatives.Demonstrated ambition and interpersonal skills to manage time effectively, tackle complex customer needs, and deliver on commitments.Experience in launch phases of projects and working with diverse partner groups, including senior decision makers and clinicians.Familiarity with matrix management structures and experience in contracting and legal documentation management is a plus.Project management skills and experience, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead and execute complex initiatives.
