Join our Dynamic HR Team supporting the Nordic region!
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Nordic HR team, providing crucial support across multiple HR functions for the Nordic region. You will gain experience in a broad HR role and work alongside the Nordic HR Director, HR Business Partner, Comp & Ben Manager and Payroll Coordinator/Controller to help drive HR excellence, ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting key HR processes.
Main Purpose:
As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for HR administration and Workday processes, playing a vital role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring the smooth operation of HR services across 7 Nordic markets. Key activities will also include:
Workday Administration: Act as the go-to person for managing HR processes within Workday, our global HR system.Recruitment Processes: Assist with recruitment efforts, from job postings to interviews and offer preparation.Contract Administration & Employee Files: Oversee the creation and maintenance of employee contracts and personal files.Onboarding: Support new hires with a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they have a great start.EVP Activation: Help activate and promote the new global Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to enhance employer branding.I Say Coordinator: Manage the employee engagement survey (I Say) campaigns for the Nordics.Update Employee Handbook: Regularly update the Employee Handbook on the intranet to ensure it aligns with the latest policies and practices.GDPR HR Representative: Serve as the HR representative for GDPR compliance, ensuring the protection and proper handling of personal data.HR Data Steward: Maintain HR data quality by ensuring accurate and up-to-date records across systems.Learning & Development Support: Assist with the administration and coordination of learning and development initiatives.
