Responsibilities + Lead and manage a team of beauty consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. + Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive traffic and increase sales. + Coach and develop team members, providing ongoing training and feedback to ensure product knowledge and excellence in customer service. + Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure product availability. + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to identify sales opportunities. + Collaborate with the Nordstrom store management team to maximize brand exposure and drive sales growth. Requirements + At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics industry. + Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of current trends and products. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. + Must be able to travel to different Nordstrom locations within the designated region.
