You'll have…
Bachelor's degree 6+ years of experience as a Brand/Marketing Leader with demonstrated experience in leading a global modern brand or luxury brand that has modernized, in and outside of automotive. Experienced in Customer Insight and Market trend analysis to help shape brand strategy and translating into product and user experiences both digital and non-digital 2+ years of experience leading teams. Ability to coach and develop employees at various stages of their careers. Prior automotive industry experience required A persuasive leader that has a proven track record of initiating change in large complex or global organization Experience managing multiple agencies, briefing agencies and writing creative design briefs Experience ensuring relevance of playbooks, guidelines and educating organization across the Business Luxury and challenger mindset who analyzes the status quo and identifies areas of improvement and champions their team to embrace change and a digital/modern approach Creative problem-solving skills, strategic thinker, and high degree of intellectual curiosity as well as ability to drive the implementation and proactively shift directions as needed Influencer skills to bring teams along especially when not within your power or control Ability to effectively show the strength or weaknesses of the brand in order to change business Direction Excellent communication skills with proven ability to lead and inspire teams, and take the complex and make it simple Ability to communicate well under pressure and at all levels of an organization Practice the principles of Radical Candor to create transparency and respect to drive change Excellent design thinking skills and ability to translate brand into digital and physical conceptsEven better, you may have…
