North America Coriolis Product Manager

If you are an energetic product management or marketing professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in Boulder, Colorado, you will collaborate with engineering, marketing, customer support, sales, and customers to drive adoption of Micro Motion Coriolis flow meters, density, and viscosity meters.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop North America sales incentive programs that motivate sales to drive growth in Density, Viscosity, and Coriolis products. Assist in transactional market pricing, support delegation of authority, and regularly present financial targets of revenue, unit growth, profitability, market participation, and competitive comparisons with business leaders. Provide input to Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) to aid in lead time optimization.  Assist in the launch of new products for North America, including campaigns and training to ensure sales channel readiness.  Help to identify and execute training plan with complementary support tools, and other resources required to achieve product growth.  Communicate key application and customer success stories/proven results and winning sales techniques.  Help welcome customers and host them at local factories, sales offices, or customer sites, as well as presenting at tradeshows and seminars. Understand and communicate markets, industries, customer segmentation, and served applications while defining market requirements and providing feedback for current and future products.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree required  4+ years of related post-graduate work experience  Able to travel at least 25% of the time  Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position. 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience with flow instrumentation a plus, Coriolis experience preferred Experience or exposure to marketing practices and techniques  Outstanding communication skills, specifically presentations to large audiences

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $100,000 - $116,000, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.  

Our training programs and initiatives focus on end-to-end development, from onboarding through senior leadership. We provide a wide range of development opportunities, including face-to-face and virtual training, mentorship and coaching, project management, and on-the-job training
