North America Financial Institutions Industry Leader Are you an experienced executive who is recognized as a strategic problem solver? You will help empower results for our Financial Institutions clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting the practice. The role can be located out of an Aon office. Business Development + Drive incremental sales growth for your Industry. + Manage and drive accountability for sales activity within your Industry. + Develop, plan and implement industry-specific sales strategies with market sales leaders. + Work with other leaders within Aon to collaborate on cross-practice sales. + Represent the practice in strategic business initiatives and innovative solutions. Industry Engagement and Thought Leadership + Host industry events for clients and prospects. + Host periodic industry calls for clients and prospects and Aon colleagues. + Is viewed in local market and/or internally as a known “brand” – is sought out by clients, prospects and colleagues for advice. + Develop innovative new solutions for clients that result in revenue growth with viable margins. + Provide practice and/or thought leadership at a national level. + Identify opportunities for your team for development and to improve client experiences. + Author white papers and other industry collateral. Colleague Assistance Expand current client relationships and new client opportunities by: + Participating in RFP’s and deal coaching. + Meeting with Aon teams at a Market and/or regional level to discuss industry specific topics. + Meeting with current clients and bring industry insights to bear on their needs. + Making significant contributions to a high-profile initiative which has significantly shaped or impacted the business. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred and post graduate degree or comparable business experience. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $350,000-$400,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive in addition to base salary. The amount of any incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
