The North America Membership Management Associate at embecta will serve as the primary liaison between our organization, GPOs, and their member institutions. This role is pivotal in linking membership activities to contract performance, financial analysis, and customer success. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless collaboration with GPOs while helping healthcare providers optimize their purchasing strategies through our contracts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Member Relationship Management:**
•Serve as the main point of contact for GPO-affiliated healthcare providers regarding our contracts and product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with GPO members to promote engagement and contract utilization.
• Assist in onboarding new GPO members, ensuring clear communication about available contracts and pricing structures.
**Contract Linkage and Management:**
• Collaborate with GPOs to ensure accurate alignment of members to applicable contracts and pricing tiers.
• Monitor contract compliance and address discrepancies to support seamless procurement operations.
• Educate GPO members on contract terms, value propositions, and how to maximize savings through our agreements.
**Financial Reporting and Analysis:**
• Track and analyze contract performance metrics, including member spend, savings, and growth trends.
• Generate financial reports to assess the impact of GPO contracts on sales performance and revenue targets.
• Provide actionable insights to internal teams to improve contract offerings and member engagement strategies.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
• Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align GPO strategies with organizational objectives.
• Support internal teams in negotiating and renewing contracts to maintain competitive pricing and offerings.
• Act as a conduit for member feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in products and services.
**Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in membership management, contract administration, or customer success within the MedTech or healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, contract management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of GPO operations and healthcare supply chain dynamics.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Financial acumen with experience analyzing performance metrics and generating actionable insights.
