Job Summary

Responsible for sales and distribution of ZOLL automatic (AED), manual external defibrillators, Tracking Software and accessories into specific market segments. Sales are directed through groups of distributors and Manreps. Specific market responsibilities include, industrial, manufacturing, medical, dental, and safety environments, along with office supply, state government and police agencies. Responsible for helping US Vice President of Channel Sales, Senior Director of Alt Care Sales, Canadian Sales Manager, and Director of DAMS develop and implement sales strategies across North America.

Essential Functions

Travel throughout assigned region to call on current and potential channels, for sales, to include sales representatives, managers, distributors and end user customers.Manage and motivate distribution channels and through strategic territory planning, product training and joint sales calls.Coordinate leads, orders, and quotes through medical distributors, manufacturer reps, and distributorsConduct Product training for distribution channels as required.Develop and execute yearly corporate sales action plan.Attend national and regional trade shows as required.Attend sales and marketing meetings as required.Routine communication with distribution channels and ZOLL support personnel.Complete and submit required administrative paperwork in a timely manner (Utilize Workday as required)Marketing plans, coordinating execution to drive marketReporting on progress so relationship gets visibilitySales management for Multinational customersProvide monthly business updates and input for Staff, and quarterly meetingsPresent results quarter at business reviews.Review of P & LMTP and Yearly PlanningQuota Setting and Comp Plans


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Four-year BS/BA college degree requiredA minimum of five years of experience selling capital equipment required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Defibrillator experience a plusExcellent written, oral and organizational skills.
