Maintains assigned equipment for cleanliness and have repairs made when necessary. Observes and reports the need for repairs to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures. Accounts for cleanliness and neat appearance of assigned areas. Follows department and hospital policies and procedures.\n\n3rd shift: 11:30PM-7:30AM \n\nM-F and Rotating Weekends

Must Have:\n-Utilized hand tools for basic repairs and upkeep \n- 6 months of previous experience working on buffing, stippling, waxing & cleaning \n-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently\n-Must have a record of strong attendance.\n- Must have excellent communications skills; will be required to interact with patients, nurses, doctors, and housekeeping team.\n- Must have excellent customer service skills and able to work with difficult people\n\nNice to have:\nDirect experience in hospitals\n\n-Most Important aspect is reliability and attendance: Best candidate will still follow procedures and complete duties when manager is not there.

The pay range for this position is $14.10 - $15.10/hr.
