JOB RESPONSIBIILTIES
Supervise maintenance staff. Develops, counsels, motivates and resolves associate relations issues and conducts performance appraisals and monitors performance of maintenance associates. Maintains efficiency and safety of all equipment. Monitors the daily operation and directs action as required. Coordinates daily maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoots equipment and does preventative maintenance. Coordinates with the managers and supervisors to establish priorities and schedules the workload to satisfy production needs. Coordinates with local contractors and vendors for equipment and services as required. Orders parts and equipment and obtains services for repairs and maintenance of the facility’s equipment.Completes reports and records and performs other administrative duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 4-6 years in the maintenance field with experience in supervising mechanics. High School diploma plus 3-5 years of conveyor systems and power equipment experience. 2 years supervisory experience or 2 years of formal education desired in related field. Must have general knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, water systems, building repairs and housekeeping procedures. Strong knowledge of building codes, trade standards and general practices within the maintenance field. Strong knowledge of electricity, mechanical, construction, plumbing and HVAC. Strong Communication, organizational, and negotiating skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position has a starting salary range of $57,899 to $78,099 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
