We have an incredible opening for a Concierge to join our team! This is a vital role in assisting with a variety of customer service and administrative duties and a fantastic way to grow your career in a meaningful environment that values you and your unique contributions!

Our Concierge's:

Assist with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public Take calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned Provide exceptional customer service to our team General administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes. Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.  Maintain office supplies, order new inventory as needed.

What you need to succeed:

A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
