Program Summary

As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. KBR’s LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations.

Job Summary

As a Property Management Specialist Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall success and quality of the BII and LSA facilities as well as for the accountability, safety, and performance of all personnel.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate property control activities to ensure continual accountability of GFE/CFE property as described in PMSA Plan and prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulations, Part 45.Provide logistical and administrative support to management and preserve all documents pertaining to each rotation.Identify, submit, and reconcile facility maintenance work orders in all applicable facilities.Input, update, and export information in GCSS Army, SharePoint, or government-approved LIS.Maintain key control and security for all applicable areas within the section in accordance with all applicable regulations, processes, and procedures.Comply with all company policies and procedures.Comply with all safety, environmental, and quality standards in accordance with work instructions, PWS, and applicable ARs.Work under stressful circumstances and meet short suspense dates.Participate in training and cross-training sessions as required or necessary.Assist, on an as-needed basis, in performing functions in alternate areas of the project.Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of verifiable total experience in supply accountability and procedures.Must be able to obtain G-Track training certificates.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with extensive knowledge of Excel is required.Must be able to understand and read technical manuals.Proficiency in computers and the use of office machines is required.Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.Must possess a valid state Driver’s License.Must be able to perform required duties, and wear and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Ability to lift/move 45 lbs. without assistance and up to 80 lbs. with assistance is required.Must be physically capable of performing the work in extreme temperatures, low humidity, blowing sand, and dust.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Experience in the use of GCSS-Army.

Pay

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40Basic Compensation: $84,100-126,000

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
