This position is for an experienced, Property & Casualty licensed, Commercial Lines Mid-Market Sr. Account Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day insurance needs of our Clients. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Clients on their Property & Casualty Risk Management needs. The Senior Account Manager works closely with our clients to understand their businesses, partners with our valued Carrier and Broker network, and collaborates with various internal teams to deliver appropriate Property & Casualty risk management services while executing superior service.
Your Impact:
Manage individual book of business of clients by ensuring client’s day-to-day support needs are addressed accurately and timely; Aid in building and maintaining strong business relationships with proper internal and external partners Participating in the retention of current clients by interacting with producers to prepare specifications, applications, underwriting data and related information in the marketing of insurance products; travel to client/carrier meetings as neededAccount management through maintenance of files with proper records according to company Standard Operating ProceduresFostering an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service, marketing, and policy communications with Clients and carriers accordingly Ensure accuracy of account information for both new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audit for accuracy in rating, coverage, signatures, etc.; Leverage insurance knowledge and technical expertise to actively service existing Clients and develop new business opportunitiesMentoring and guidance of less experienced team membersSuccessful Candidates will have:
5+ years of related experience and/or training preferred, or demonstrated skills listed below; valid Current Property and Casualty license required; professional designations preferredProficient use of agency management software with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processesComprehensive knowledge of available commercial lines coverages based on business classification, as well as informed on current industry trends and client retention strategiesLeadership in client support and applies advocacy skillsHighly proficient in use of Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation softwareRisk Strategies is the 9th largest privately held U.S. brokerage firm offering comprehensive risk management advice, insurance and reinsurance placement for property & casualty, employee benefits, private client services, as well as consulting services and financial & wealth solutions. At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $85,000.00 - $110,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
