Northern Virginia Alliance (NVA) is seeking a proven, highly-qualified and successful Head Coach to lead an elite-level soccer team. Candidates interested in this position may have the opportunity to lead a second team and take on additional technical roles within the organization. Candidates who desire to coach on the boys or girls side of the program are invited to apply.

About the Northern Virginia Alliance 

Currently celebrating its second season, the Northern Virginia Alliance was formed when Loudoun Soccer and Virginia Valor FC joined together to create the preeminent elite soccer program in Northern Virginia. The twelve-team Alliance (six Boys team and six Girls teams) have enjoyed great success in their Fall 2024 season, and are already looking ahead to Spring 2025 recruiting events, with multiple players already signed on for college play in 2025 and beyond.

Qualifications

USSF A, B, or B Candidate, or UEFA A or B License (or equivalent) Proven coaching experience at the elite youth level, with a focus on player development Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a coaching team and with the broader club staff Demonstrated success in developing players who advance to higher levels of play Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
