Provide first line support for service interruptions such as printer routing, power outages, wiring problems and malfunctioning servers and to provide user orientation on hardware or software or network operations.
The qualified candidate will have strong experience in planning, integration and maintenance for software and hardware components of microcomputer networks;
oversight of computing systems, network communications and peripherals to assure optimal functionality of all elements as well as reliability of local area network performance.

Microsoft Windows 2000 Servers and Windows 2000 Pro, Microsoft Windows NT 4.0: Servers, Proxy Servers
SQL 6.5, IIS, SMS, Routers and Switches (Cisco).
Hardware and Software. Experience: Arcserve, Palindrome, Backup Exec and UPS (hardware and software).
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field is required. Must have at least 5 years computer experience and at least three years of specialized experience as either a computer hardware and/or systems software specialist or as a systems analyst.
