Compensation: $18 per hour
Helpmates is looking for someone with Shipping and Receving experience. Responsible for verifying, recording, and scheduling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy by comparing details with bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records.

\nShift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Must be willing to work over time until 4:30 pm.
\nMust be willing to present a resume and interview in person.

Job Duties 
\n 

\n\n\n\tChoose shipping methods based on knowledge of procedures, routes, and rates.\n\tLabel packed cartons or stencil shipping information using equipment.\n\tAssemble wooden or cardboard containers.\n\tPack items with spacers, fillers, and padding.\n\tPlan and monitor daily shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate documentation.\n\tTrack shipments from origin to destination.\n\tReceive and record incoming orders of materials, equipment, and supplies.\n\tVerify shipment details against bills of lading, invoices, and orders.\n\tRecord and address shortages and damages.\n\tOperate forklift trucks or pallet jacks for material movement in the warehouse.\n\tFollow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.\n\n#HSCE
