General laborers - quick interview process and quick start process.** Must be open to working all shifts - Rotating shift every two weeks shift changes **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals for a General Labor position with a rotating schedule. Employees will perform various general labor tasks throughout the facility, including dumping excess scrap and defective coil parts, loading propane tanks for operating lines, working on the paint line and performing quality checks on coils, overseeing temperature control to ensure smooth production line operation, and assisting with facility maintenance tasks such as salting the parking lot and cleaning workstations. Adherence to all applicable safety procedures is required. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in CANFIELD, Ohio. **Work Environment** Union environment with around 28 employees working on the production floor. This facility has been operating since the 1950s and values trust and communication with employees.
