**Job Title: Test Operator - 2nd or 3rd shift $20.50** **Job Description** Join the world's leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of access equipment as a Test Operator. You will be part of a team testing lift equipment on an outdoor track. This role is critical to ensuring the safety and functionality of our innovative products. **Responsibilities** + Test lift equipment on the outdoor track. + Work in various weather conditions, including extreme cold, heat, rain, and snow. + Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, skid steers, and bulldozers. + Load equipment onto a tower at a height of 52 feet. + Ensure accurate depth perception and be free of height-related fears. + Commit to a mandatory 6-day workweek when work is available. **Essential Skills** + Ability to operate machinery (e.g., forklift, farm equipment, industrial equipment, construction, automotive). + Mechanically sound, with skills like checking oil levels and changing tires. + Experience operating heavy equipment. + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. + High school diploma or GED. + Free of depth perception issues that are not correctable by wearing glasses. + Not afraid of heights. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
