Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant/Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) to join our Ohau team of healthcare professionals! The successful applicant will be a compassionate and experienced professional, passionate for providing quality care to our senior citizens. This position requires a high level of commitment, strong communication and listening skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our patients. All CNA/NA applicants must be able to pass a background check.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position is a Full time position and is salary based. Our compensation package for this position, paid weekly, is $18 to $20 per hour. Additional benefits include paid time off, health and wellness benefits, and a yearly bonus.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care to patients as appropriate for their physical and emotional health and well being.
• Observe and report to healthcare managers changes in a patient’s condition and any patient issues or concerns.
• Provide support to family members and other caregivers in order to give them a full understanding of a patient’s care.
• Take vital signs as directed by the healthcare team, and assist with bathing, dressing, walking, toileting, and other necessary activities.
• Provide compassionate assistance for end-of-life patients and families if necessary.
• Assist healthcare team with maintaining order, stock, patient records, and other clerical support work.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA/NA Certification from the State of Hawaii.
• Previous CNA/NA experience in senior care or similar healthcare roles.
• Current CPR certification.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Positive and compassionate attitude.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
