Helpmates is seeking a dedicated Stockroom Supervisor on 2nd Shift with forklift experience. The Stockroom Supervisor oversees daily stockroom operations by assigning and distributing tasks to meet goals and guiding the work of Stockroom Clerks.

\nSchedule: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM with potenial overtime to start at 1:30 pm. 
\nPayrate: $26 - $30/hr. 
\n
\nDuties: \n\n\tOversee stockroom staff and evaluate their performance.\n\tManage procurement of supplies, tools, and equipment for the stockroom.\n\tSupervise inventory transactions and material receiving processes.\n\tAddress and resolve routine operational issues.\n\tEnsure adherence to stockroom procedures and best practices.\n\tOversee cycle counting and inventory planning for current and future needs.\n\tGenerate and maintain usage and performance reports for management.\n\tAssist with complex or unique assignments as needed.\n\tFoster open communication among staff and share updates affecting the organization.\n\tDemonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.\n\tFollow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.\n\tLead or assist in specific projects when required.\n\tMaintain a safe and compliant work environment.\n\tProtect the confidentiality of company information and products.\n\tSupport the team by contributing to shared goals and objectives.\n\n
\nRequirements: \n\n\n\t1 - 3 + years of relevant experience.\n\tOpen to both entry-level and experienced candidates.\n\tTeamwork experience.\n\tFamiliarity with FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping.\n\tForklift experience \n\n#HSCE
