Candidates for this role would work a Sunday - Tuesday Shift, 8a - 8p or Thursday - Saturday Shift, 8a - 8p. Some duties include, but are not limited to: To admit and execute orders on adult patients requiring in-house medical coverage, after resident teams have filled, from the services of Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, subspecialties, Hospitalists, Geriatricians. Obtains detailed sign-out from the NP/PA teams, to assist in evening cross-coverage and any medical issues the NP/PA teams need to follow up. To convey pertinent patient medical problems to the covering attending so a medical treatment plan can be formed. Admit patients to the inpatient medicine service from the Emergency Room, ICU, or direct admission pathways. Obtains a detailed medical history and performs a complete physical examination. Provides for further data collection. Completes all medical record documentation, including assessment/plan. **Salary Range:** $98,000.00 - $126,235.00 annually _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.
