Overview
\n\nBaylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) is looking for an RN, BSN required, that has ED experience for a regional Nurse Professional Development Generalist (NPD). Clinical education experience is a plus. For the regional role you will be required to float between Round Rock, Cedar Park and Lakeway primarily. As a NPD Generalist you will be responsible for: developing all meet & greets, orientation and onboarding for all new hires; auditing the staff to ensure that they are completing all training; developing all educational sessions; as well as creation and development of policy and procedures.
\n\nSchedule: Full Time – Days, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

Requirements of the Ideal Candidate
\nMust have NICU experience
\nOn-Site M-F 8-5, occasional after hours work needed to support night shift staff
\n\nGraduate of RN School of Nursing\nBSN required; Master’s preferred\n2 Years of experience\nMust be licensed to practice professional nursing by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas by start date\n
