\nAs a Nursing Professional Development Specialist, you'll innovate tools, theories, and expertise to enhance the specialty. You will work autonomously and collaboratively to create, implement, and assess development plans. Your goal is to improve workflows and patient outcomes and uphold professional standards in the practice.
\nWhat You'll Do
\n\nConduct comprehensive assessments to identify team members' learning needs, anticipate trends, and address potential issues using a systematic approach.\nIdentify, verify, and document professional practice gaps and outcomes in a structured manner to facilitate the education planning process.\nDevelop, implement, and evaluate educational projects for employees of all career levels. Use research, theories, and experiences.\nWork with stakeholders, utilize resources to plan and implement lifelong learning activities for people or groups.\nAssess nursing practices with others. \nQualifications
\n\nMaster's degree.\nHave at least (3) three years of relevant experience.\nBe a Registered Nurse.\nObtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment or upon transferring.\n
