NPI Creative Lead

Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring the creative excellence of new product introduction marketing assets for Personal Systems and ensuring consistency with our brand visual identity across the portfolio. Additionally, the role involves fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, fostering our agency relationships, contributing to innovative marketing practices and being a creative production development subject matter expert for our marketing teams.


Responsibilities
• Oversees and consults on execution of marketing of all creative development projects.
• Owns leading creative excellence across our team deliverables, ensuring consistent execution across the mix
• Drives and ensures collaboration with the cross functional teams including all PS marketing teams, Market marketing teams, creative studio and agency partners
• Contributes to the development and adoption of innovative marketing principles and practices across the organization.
• Contributes innovative ideas and can lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
• Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise, developing strategy and setting functional policy and direction for your role
• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 10+ years of work experience, preferably in marketing or creative development, ideally including agency experience
