NPI Equipment Engineer は、新世代DIDの開発・量産初期段階におけるFOAK装置の仕様決定、装置立ち上げ・改造、MA%・RPT改善、メンテナンスBKM作成やTRD・SRD等のTransfer業務など主にEquipmentに関する幅広い業務に責任を負います。FOAK装置の稼働初期段階におけるさまざまな問題や大量生産時におけるリスクを早急に精査し、将来の量産Ramp upを見据え、TDやCPEE Team、Vendorと協力しModelを満たすための計画的な改善Projectionを提案・実行する必要があります。DF/IMP部門においてはDepo、Cure、Annealなど様々なプロセスに対応する新技術が組み込まれた装置の開発・量産化に深く関わり経験を積むことで、最先端の技術的な知識を身につけることができ、より優れたマイクロンのメモリ製品に貢献できるようになります。

役割と職責: 

• 装置/プロセス条件とテクノロジーを開発し、改善する。 
• 装置/プロセス能力を向上させ、生産コストを削減する。 
• 装置/プロセス管理プロジェクトを確立し、修正する。 
• 多様な半導体装置における装置/プロセスパラメーターをセットアップする。 
• 新しい装置/材料を評価し、生産稼働への展開と、プランの策定　 
• 異常発生時の解析と改善
• FOAK装置を導入し量産に向けて様々な課題を解決する。
• FOAK装置、FOAK材料に対して適切なBKMを提案する。
• 開発プロセスチームが抱える課題をハードウェアの観点から解決できないか検討し、提案する。
• 他Fabエンジニアとの十分なコミュニケーションのうえTransferプロジェクトを達成に導く。

• 学士号以上あるいは実務経験

 NPI Equipment Engineer will be responsible for wide range of Equipment related tasks in new generation DIDs development and early high-volume production stage, including Determining specification of FOAK tool, Install & Retrofit the tools, MA% & RPT improvement, Creating maintenance BKM, and Transfer work for TRD & SRD and so on. It is necessary to promptly investigate the various problems in the early stage of  FOAK tool operation and the risks during high-volume production, looking ahead of the future production ramp-up, and need to propose and execute the improvement projections. In the DF/IMP division, able to acquire cutting-edge technical knowledge by gaining experience through extensive involvement as NPI Equipment Engineer in the development and early high-volume manufacturing such like Depo, Cure, Anneal
and so on that has new technology, and contribute to better Micron memory product.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Establish and improve equipment/process condition and technology.
• Upgrade equipment/process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify equipment/process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

• Introduce FOAK tool and solve various problems in preparation for HVM.

• Propose the BKM for FOAK tool & FOAK materials.

• Consider & Propose the solutions for TD process concern from hardware point of view.

• Lead the Transfer project to completion through enough communication with other Fab engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree and above or relevant experience
