TE Connectivity's Purchasing Teams are responsible for obtaining materials, components, equipment and services, gather quotations, examine bids, and award contracts. They perform cost analysis and volume planning for commodities, evaluate vendor reliability and develop new supply sources where required. They coordinate purchasing activities with the manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels and monitor cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value. They also look for and recommend cost saving proposals including make vs. buy analysis, alternative sourcing, and vendor evaluation criteria as well as develop specifications for new contract orders.
Your main tasks: Membre de l'équipe principale NPI (fabrication/approvisionnement) au sein de l'équipe principale interdisciplinaire (régionale et mondiale, avec les services commerciaux, l'ingénierie, les finances et la qualité) dans le développement de nouveaux projets en termes de processus et d'outils et composants associés Acteur clé de la coordination et de la gestion des projets de type II selon les responsabilités et les tâches définies dans LEANPD, AUTGP1 Coordination globale (localement) de l'équipe principale complète Coordination globale des processus de fabrication complets (moules, matrices, assemblage, composants et processus fournis), qui peuvent être chez des fournisseurs internes ou externes, se concentrer sur les tâches technologiques et d'approvisionnement Coordination de l'AMDEC et de l'analyse des risques de fabrication en se concentrant sur le processus global avec l'AQE Décision d'approvisionnement des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants (après RFQ) Préparer les données de calcul pour la finance : rassembler toutes les données techniques liées au processus (temps de cycle, nombre d'empreintes, efficacité, nombre d'opérateurs nécessaires, investissement nécessaire (CAPEX), heures de fabrication nécessaires, temps de changement, tailles de lots) Première évaluation des besoins liés aux outils, commandes d'outils et d'équipements, suivi des Calendrier de tous les outillages et composants Organisation des pièces maîtresses, transfert de nouveaux produits et processus vers la fabrication, gestion des changements, documentation des processus, etc. Contrôle total du coût de la nomenclature du projet tout au long de la phase du projet, capacité à suivre la variation des coûts et à identifier les plans de réduction des coûts appropriés Your ideal background: Master degree in Engineering (min. Bachelor) 3-5 years of experience in procurement and/or technical field, e.g. process engineering, product engineering, tool manufacturing Experience in project management Extensive experience in working with multicultural and cross functional teams Fluency in English and French Preferred experience in procurement of cold formed and turned parts will be a plus Technical expertise in cold forming and/or Turning processes / procurement, stamping (progressive dies and production) will be a plus#jobsEMEANR
