Responsibilities

The Main Objectives of the NPI Project Manager is to:

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetOrganize, plan & execute NPI projects in accordance with Business Unit requirements, from its inception to execution;Coordinate people & processes to deliver projects on time, within budget & with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives;Act as point of liaison between the Core team, the business unit (program) & the senior management;Identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of projects.

Key Technical Skills

Project Management (project definition, risk management, planning follow-up, …)Skills on engineering disciplines : systems and processes, technical specifications, capabilities, etcKnowledge of New Product Process Life CycleBasic knowledge in FinanceEnglish both written & oralOffice applications tools Excel, PowerPoint, WordMS projectPMP® certification of PMI would be a bonus
