NPI Technician

As an NPI Technician, you will design and develop layouts for electrical circuits or systems for power distribution. You will assist in the production of detailed schematics. You will also be responsible for communicating technical changes and instructions to less skilled production operators and design engineers.

Responsibilities:

Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and build product Change any design changes or mistakes Communicate technical changes and instructions to less skilled production operators and design engineers Build higher end product solutions as requested by management Lead project teams on the floor that are partnering on a given solution Provide team leadership to project teams Execute inspecting, testing and evaluation of products built Provide recommendations to improve quality processes Identify root cause analysis regarding design issues and suggest solutions Create technical work instructions

Qualifications:

High School Degree or Equivalent required; Associate degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) preferred. 2 years of job-related experience Strong written and verbal communication skills                                                                      Strong problem-solving skills                                                                                                                       General knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering                                    Strong computer skills Ability to travel up to 25%
