NPI Technician I Dresser, WI (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=700+Kelly+Ave+Dresser+WI+USA+54009) Job Type Full-time Description + Assemble prototypes and pre-production units according to engineering specifications and blueprints + Conduct functional tests, record data, and ensure product performance meets established standards + Assist in identifying and resolving issues with new products or processes during the development phase + Provide feedback to engineers on potential design or process improvements + Assist in the development and validation of manufacturing processes for new products + Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes or improvements + Maintain accurate records of assembly, testing, and troubleshooting activities + Report findings and provide detailed feedback to the engineering and NPI teams + Set up and operate basic tools and equipment required for prototype assembly and testing + Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and report any issues promptly + Work closely with design, engineering, and production teams to support seamless product launches + Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions related to NPI projects + Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while working in the lab or production areas + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices during testing and assembl Requirements + 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical environment preferred + Experience with soldering, electronics assembly, or mechanical testing is a plus + Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics + Proficient in using hand tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Effective communication and teamwork abilities
