The NPO Expert Engineer interfaces with customers to provide network design and performance related to services. 

 

Bachelor of Science (or Master of Science) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or any other related academic background.A minimum of 2 years good work experience on 4G or 5G OptimizationRadio Network Planning and Optimization experience on 4G or 5G LTE networkExperience of 4G or 5G Parameter designKnowledge of 4G or 5G KPIs - expertise in creating and analysis of statistical KPI reportingKnowledge of 3GPP & RF propagationExperience with Drive Testing measurement tools and post-processing toolsEnd-user / customer problem investigationTeam player, open communication and ability to work in international teamCapability to build the close relationship with project management of our customerExcellent Speaking & Writing skills in English & Japanese (Mandatory)

Main Responsibility Area:

Required to proceed the delivery of network planning and optimization projects according to the agreed scope of work (SoW), while managing customer’s expectations and schedule of acceptance.Performs critical (sometimes escalated) design and performance activities in customer projects independently. These may include complex problem solving in projects with performance requirements and multi-vendor environment.May lead FNI & PDS support team with responsibility to create plans and delegate tasks to team membersProvides support to clients and/or customers (typically on site) in his field of expertise. Required to build the strongly mutual relationship with Project Managers of our customer, and boost their satisfaction level.

The NPO expert engineer for FNI support will be required to support proactively to perform FNI (First Network Implementation) & PDS (Parameter Design Service) activities during network deployment phase like the following scope.

·Reactive Optimization/ Trouble-shooting by NW KPI, UE log, some detail log.

·Pro-active Optimization to avoid quality degradations

·Parameter Optimization to meet the target KPI level
