Key Responsibilities:
Diary management and coordinationIssuing appointment slips and recording them on Ndelius (in-house case management system)Processing and updating computer-based and manual files, as well as filing systemsUsing various computer software to provide comprehensive administration supportProducing a range of documentation and correspondenceAccessing and inputting information into databases as requiredScanning and archiving sensitive and highly confidential dataIf you're looking for a part-time administrative role and have an eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
