Customer Strategy and Planning (CS&P) combines strategic planning alongside operational excellence between the Customer Business Development and the Business Unit marketing teams; ensuring delivery of the Business Unit’s critical KPIs.  The CS&P Net Revenue Management team is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and making recommendations across the NRM Levers to support the Business Unit (BU) Strategy Growth Framework and Commercial Strategy, by:  

​Accelerating the NRM thinking across the Foods Business Unit to:  ​Accelerate business growth by truly embedding NRM thinking into the organization ​Drive continued & tangible impact in our P&L ​Accelerate capabilities development ​Helps crafting necessary work to define growth roadmap, core Pack & Price Architecture (PPA).   ​Elevating NRM KPIS and Rhythm into the BU Performance Management agenda & Customer Business Development teams to land consistent execution. 

JOB PURPOSE

NRM (Net Revenue Management) is a systematic approach to growing revenue through strategic pricing, price-pack architecture, mix management, promotions and trade terms structure. For 2025 and beyond, NRM has been identified as one of our core strategic growth enablers. As an NRM Associate Manager you are responsible for creating growth strategies for Unilever through portfolio optimization, pricing, active mix management, promo and trade spend excellence.  

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:  ​​

As Net Revenue Management (NRM) associate manager you will be responsible for the following tasks: ​Conduct in-depth portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identify price realization gaps, highlight white spaces and ensure price-pack execution to support the brand and portfolio strategy  Develop 3 years occasions led PPA (destination portfolio) that feeds into 12Q growth planning for the Business Unit, as well as clear direction into renovation plan needs for key categories ​Validate Category SPI guidance & destination for key Brands, along with SPI compliance & focus needed ​Run pricing models to provide recommendations on optimal price points across the portfolio and monitor competitive pricing activity and impact ​Optimize channel-customer / pack mix and identify design for channel packs to accelerate profitable growth for Unilever and customers ​Evaluate consumer promotions strategies including alignment with brand objectives, promotions responsiveness as well as ROI profile. Recommend an optimal promotion strategy ​Evaluate customer trade terms structure and propose improvements to ensure alignment with portfolio strategy and act as an enabler for the market execution of the NRM program ​Identify growth opportunities through in-depth analysis, using tools, frameworks and methodologies developed for this program ​Develop methodologies in order to perform financial analyses and scenario development that will be the base for portfolio pricing simulations and white space launches ​Collaborate and act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Customer and Finance teams throughout the NRM process to ensure strategy alignment and execution ​Responsible for relationship management with key stakeholders  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

​​​Bachelor's in business, finance, or marketing. MBA preferred 2+ years of experience in marketing, finance, sales, data science or consulting You have good knowledge of marketing, finance and operations ​You have a strong drive to excel at all times, as a team and as an individual ​You are an achiever with brainpower and stamina to develop and drive in-depth strategy projects. Furthermore, you are a great team player, giving respect and stimulating an environment of enthusiasm and positivism.  ​You have excellent senior stakeholder management skills ​You are to operate independently You have a general understanding of the 5 levers of NRM:  1) Pricing 2) Portfolio Transformation 3) Mix Management 4) Promotions and 5) Trade Terms Maximization

The pay range for this position is $86,000 to $129,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
