NSN Technical Support Officer

As a key player, you’ll provide customer service and act as the point of contact at NSN's knowledge center, troubleshooting irrigation hardware and software for TORO NSN systems, and fulfilling orders for warranty equipment replacement. What Will You Do? + Troubleshooting and Support: Handle inquiries and troubleshoot software/hardware issues, including TORO proprietary software and Microsoft operating systems. + Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose problems, recommend or perform minor repairs, and use diagnostic tools to evaluate system hardware. + Remote Assistance: Provide remote support, often via telephone, to diagnose issues and explain operational procedures. + Documentation and Shipping: Document customer interactions and shipments and manage shipping of systems and components. + Training and Compliance: Train distributors, dealers, and customers on Toro products, participate in ongoing training, and adhere to OHSW policies and procedures. What Do You Bring? + Education and Experience: University degree and/or 2 years of industry experience. + Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of computers, peripherals, Microsoft Windows operating systems, and MS Office Suites. + Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Japanese, and ability to build effective business relationships. + Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and influencing skills, with a proactive and flexible approach. + Independence and Compliance: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, awareness of safe working practices, and possession of a valid Australian motor vehicle license and passport for travel.
