Job Summary:
The NSS A/P Coordinator processes accounts payable invoices and maintains vendor master data.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Processes electronic and manual invoices for payments.Initiates ACH /Check payments per the AP Payment Calendar.Resolves exception invoices and related documents within the AP workflow tool.Coordinates with Divisions and other functional teams within NSS to resolve contract payment processing errors.Participates in the Records Retention process for the NSS Accounts Payable Team.Adds and maintains vendor master data in the financial system.Participates in continuous improvement efforts within the NSS Accounts Payable Team and the collective NSS Department.
