Basic Job Functions:

The Welding Mill Operator performs setup and operation of tube mill. The incumbent is routinely exposed to mill conditions including but not limited to dust, grease, noise, heat and cold.

Setup and operation of tube mill Monitor process and make adjustments accordingly Monitor and maintain mill speeds per rates Accurately use micrometers, tape measures, and test equipment Perform audits to ensure quality products Report daily production and down time in Mac Pac Assist in clearing of fold ups Operates high frequency welding equipment Setup and operation of eddy current equipment Keep work area clean
