Required License/Registration/Certification Registered Nuclear Med Tech at time of hire; Basic Life Support certification via AHA within 90 days of hire Physical Requirements Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects over 50 lbs. Standing or walking with objects up to 25 lbs. Repetitive motion Shift Monday through Friday, day shift with rotational call for after hours, holidays and weekends Job Summary The department of Nuclear Medicine is seeking a NM & MI Technologist. This position is responsible for imaging, quality control, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

The NM&MI Technologist performs diagnostic Nuclear Medicine examinations, PET/CT examinations, therapeutic interventional procedures, and other duties as assigned. These procedures are performed per unit policies/procedures in compliance with radiation and patient safety guidelines.

New Starting Pay Rate – The starting pay for this position was recently adjusted based on current demand for this role. The minimum hourly rate for this position will now be $31.14/hour. All pay rates will be based on candidate’s experience. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Communication, attention to detail, analytical skills, customer service skills, desire to learn new skills, and the ability to use technology. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Degree from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Program with training in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT preferred.
