Shift: 7a-3:30p

Location: Emory Saint Joseph Hospital

Provides quality care to the patients receiving diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.Assists with development of education materials.Keeps patient and families abreast of patient's progress.Assumes responsibility and provides direct care for the complex patients receiving Nuclear Medicine and PET exams.Performs efficiently in emergency situations.Assists and performs multiple Nuclear Medicine exams in appropriate timeframe.Provides more complex technical care to ensure high quality images.Coordinates in supervisor's absence and orients others to coordinator's role.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology, be registered in Nuclear medicine with the ARRT or the Nuclear medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).CPR certification required.Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience with one (1) year in area of concentration.Coordinates in supervisors absence.Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association required.
