Responsible for effective utilization of staff. Assists in completing daily, weekly, and monthly quality control records, including Kronos, OSHA, In-services, and attendance calendar. Assists with inventory checks, recommendation of supply purchases, and use of Materials Management Program. Responsible for enforcing personnel policies of the hospital and department.
