Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Job Description​

The Opportunity:

Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our Cardiology team. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, performing the nuclear medicine procedures to assist in direct patient care. Your experience and expertise will ensure our vision, “The best place to get care. The best place to give care.” is maintained.

Shift Details:

Full Time Day

Fluctuating shifts, 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm

No holidays, No call, No weekends

The Work:

Performs all general Nuclear Medicine studies

Performs Cardiology SPECT & PET studies at applicable locations(training provided as needed)Performs the insertion of IVs for isotope injection

We are seeking patient centered, self-driven, motivated Nuclear Med Techs who are committed to providing exceptional patient care. To be successful, you will need to be able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, task oriented, resourceful, and possess strong communication skills. Starting with graduating class in 2017 Associates required

Certification through NMTCB required
