**Nuclear Planning Specialist – Plant Vogtle 3&4 (Mechanical)** **Job Description** The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Mechanical craft planning for implementation, evaluation, corrective work instructions, and providing general support to the Maintenance teams as needed. Within the skill areas, a Nuclear Planning Specialist is expected to produce a high-quality product, be engaged with the work force, and seek ways to improve the product, use computer programs, analyze data and offer recommendations to engineers and supervisors. This position may be required to coordinate different projects or tasks. _Southern Nuclear, a subsidiary of Southern Company, manages and operates six nuclear power electric generating plants that provide approximately 20 percent of the electricity used in Alabama and Georgia.
