Job Description A client in the greater Chattanooga area is seeking a dedicated Nuclear Quality Supervisor to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all products and services meet stringent standards and code specifications. The successful candidate will oversee two analysts and will be responsible for a mix of program management (60%), sales (30%), and customer service (10%). The position requires travel to suppliers for audits and visits approximately six times a year. Key Responsibilities:  Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from pre-quality check-offs and order verification to post-design support.  Ensure that Measurement & Test Equipment (M&TE) is functioning correctly and that the program has the necessary calibrated tools.  Develop and manage workflows and process flows, ensuring clarity on requirements and timelines.  Coordinate certification processes, identifying tasks that require certification and those that do not.  Prepare quality reports (e.g., PPM, COQ) by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.  Collaborate closely with suppliers, employees at all levels, and customers, providing regulatory oversight to third-party auditors.  Act as the liaison between the company and customers to resolve quality issues and ensure timely delivery, implementing necessary corrective actions to maintain compliance.
